PWP completed a premium storage facility, designed for versatility and security
This expansive project features 2,500 sq. ft. of modern office space, nine 2,000 sq. ft. commercial suites, 321 self-storage units, and 28 dedicated RV storage spaces. To ensure smooth access and durability, the facility also includes 47,275 sq. ft. of concrete roadways and parking. Built with functionality, security, and convenience in mind, this facility offers a top-tier storage solution for businesses and individuals alike. PWP Expands and Renovates Premier Workspaces
We successfully transformed and expanded two separate locations, delivering a total of 21,951 sq. ft. of modern workspace. Our team added 62 new offices and five large conference rooms, while executing a complete renovation of existing facilities.
